Registration for the 2026/2027 school year opens July 1, 2026. Registration is $30 per year for the whole family, regardless of number of children or grade level(s). Your membership will run from the date of the completed registration form through June 30, 2027. All memberships expire June 30th. Your family’s membership dates will be listed on your membership cards.

For returning members: For this year’s registration to be complete, we must receive a total attendance number from the 2025/2026 school year for each of your students. Please email attendance numbers to ninja3opgroup@gmail.com. We will send your welcome letter and membership cards when these attendance numbers are received.

If you need to add additional children during the school year, the fee is $10 per child (see enrollment button below for this option).

If you enroll a child in a public or private school during this school year, your Ninja membership automatically expires on the date of enrollment to the school. If you decide to later re-enroll in Ninja during this same school year, you will need to fill out another registration form and pay the fee again so that our records and dates will remain legally compliant.

SC homeschool law requires you to keep your own academic records for each child. (See our SC Law page for more information.) Our only requirementis that you email your total number of attendance days for each student at mid-year and at end-of-year. We will send a reminder email on January 15 and June 15 for you to submit these attendance numbers.

Ninja3Op offers middle and high school transcript services for member families only. The initial creation of the transcript is $60. You can update records with us for each year, or you can send all records when your student is a senior. There is a $15 fee for editing the transcript and/or updating for additional years.

Please note the following credit requirements for SC graduation:

English: 4 credits
Math: 4 credits
Science: 3 credits (2 with labs)
Social Studies: 2 credits
Computer Science: 1 credit
PE or JROTC or Band w/PE: 1 credit
World Language or Career/Tech Elective: 1 credit
Personal Finance: .5 credit
Electives: 6.5 credits
Total credits to graduate: 24

For core subjects, 1 credit equals 150 hours of work and ½ credit equals 75 hours of work. For electives, 1 credit equals 120 hours of work and ½ credit equals 60 hours of work.
