Additional Child Membership

If you have already registered for an annual family membership, and later need to register an additional child for the current school year, please fill out this enrollment form. You will need to complete one form for each additional child you are registering.

Once the enrollment form is received, we will email the individual membership card for the additional child. Your child’s membership will run from the date of the completed registration form through June 30, 2027. All memberships expire June 30th. Your child’s membership dates will be listed on the membership card.
